All orders are shipped via USPS or FED EX Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday – Friday after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required unless the customer selects this shipping method at checkout. If signature required option is not selected, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. Bitty Love Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Contact email@example.com to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.

We now offer global shipping to over 200 countries around the world. To use this service, update country under billing details on Checkout page. Shipping including duties are calculated at checkout based on location. Currently returns are not accepted for international orders. USPS Priority Mail – $8.00 2 business days
FED EX Standard Overnight – $45.00 Next day if ordered by 1 pm PST
To request a return authorization, please email at email@example.com. Label “Request New Return” with original order number. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM PST (Holidays excluded) with RA request form and prepaid shipping label.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- NOTE: $5 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND FOR ALL RETURNS SENT USING PREPAID USPS SHIPPING LABEL. Return shipment duration is 1-5 business days depending on your domestic location.
- If you elect to use your own shipping service, please save the tracking number until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return.
- Returns can take up to 15 days for our fulfillment center to receive and process.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a credit to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Bitty Love online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund.
- All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
- No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page.
- Returns can be shipped using the prepaid shipping label or shipping method of your choice as long as a valid tracking number is provided. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.
- Exchanges/Returns must be received within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
- We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
- We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
